After slow responses and unanswered phone calls for weeks it was finally decided that my dog has severe anxiety and they can't help her despite not seeing my dog in real life or on screen. Their website says they deal with dogs that have anxiety and separation anxiety so I don't understand the issue. They need to change it to say they do obedience training only. The only upsides were a) they didn't take my money and b) they did offer a referral to a vet behavioralist. Unfortunately that behavioralist is near San Francisco

Betty was in the shelter for 8 months. She didn't know the sit command when we got her. She walked in the very nice building, the first day of class, non-stop barking. She wasn't barking much at all next class. Her recalls are much better. She didn't know stay at all when we started. I think she's better than our other dog maybe now. She still needs some work, but she is much better and happier. She will miss going to class. Thanks Michele. Lots of good advice, but you do have to do the work.

I'm so happy I was recommend this place by a friend. Sam is an amazing trainer and so accommodating! I have a large GSD/Husky mix that loves to work and learn... When he's not around other dogs. As soon as he sees another dog, he turns into a hyperactive, crazy, and loud mess and it's really hard to get him to focus back on me. I warned Sam of this, worried that it would make it hard for him and I to complete a class. Well we just finished Beginner 2 and are currently taking Intermediate! We still have a lot of work to do, but he's improved so much and I can't thank Sam enough for helping me. She's very knowledgeable and it is apparent she really cares about finding what works best for YOU and YOUR dog. After class, if I had any questions, she would make sure that they were all answered, no matter how much time it took and I was so incredibly appreciative of that. The facility is so nice as well with a great, open atmosphere. There is a HUGE indoor room that makes it to where I can have a pretty big space away from other dogs during the class when mine will not focus on me. I look forward to class every single week and it is pretty obvious my dog does as well!
