Kim became like family she helped me gain a better relationship and understanding with my rescue. He was so anxious he was literally tearing my house apart but now he can be calm and relaxed when I'm away or even just in another room. I'm so thankful to Kim for everything she has done.
She not only worked with new puppy she worked with older dog she saved the puppy from getting returned by settling down and not bitting easy to handle now
Kim is very polite and down to Earth. She is very knowledgeable. We picked her because she was new and wanted to give her a chance. Not only did she do great with Jaxx we'll be calling her back when our dog Marley gets a few weeks older. Highly recommend Miss Purpose
