I've taken my GSD there, it's not badly priced. They are willing to work with your schedule too. If you cant make a certain day every week you can schedule your sessions every week if needed (private sessions).

I'm interested in group classes for my 3 yr old lab mix. She's very friendly & submissive, but jumps on me & has started to claim me as her own. I'm interested in pricing (& curriculum) for group classes.

It depends on which class you're interested in. We offer a variety of services and prices. The first step is to talk with one of our trainers during a Needs Assessment as that will determine which program or programs you should consider along with pricing. Prior to that talk its premature to talk about prices because then you will be comparing apples to oranges instead of apples to apples.

After completing the "Train your own Service Dog" program with Michael Burkey and his wonderful team at Mighigan Dog Training. Finn our mobility support service dog had his first airplane experience last weekend. We had no issues at all on the plane or anywhere else. He mastered elevators, moving sidewalks, UBER rides, getting climbed on by toddlers and lots of crowds. It was a great experience for all three of us and many more to come. Thank you and your team for changing our lives.

I have gone through a couple different programs and i was impressed with Micheal's experience, knowledge and dedication. My chocolate lab took to his training well and has just passed her Service Dog training test. She already misses the classes, so we will be continuing with MDT's Perfect Practice Program. Well worth the 40 Min drive!

Our dog Maggie came in with fear based reactivity. We went to consultations at multiple different locations in the area and knew after talking with Michael that Michigan Dog Training was the place. He listened to all of our concerns and chose the training program based on his experience and what we said. At the first lesson, Maggie reacted at every dog, no matter what. At the eighth lesson, Maggie barely reacted and was much more confident. She even passed her AKC Canine Good Citizen test!! If you are considering joining an MDT training program - do it.

They were very professional and took my dog from dragging and pulling to walking loose leash very quickly. They were in contact with me the whole time my dog was in board and train. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have your dog and obedient member of your family.
