This makes training exciting and fun for your dog and leads them into wanting to perform well for you. They learn faster this way, which is why we’ve been able to accomplish in a week what other training companies take weeks or even months to teach. Leash manners, basic commands, mouthing, jumping, puppy basics, recall (to come when called), pack structure, reactivity, aggression, and impulse control are a few of the subjects we cover, with a special focus on the behaviors which are important to you. How much do it cost
Hi Ta’vearia, my name is Jim. I have two primary services. One is the board and train where your dog would stay with me for seven days and nights for intensive training. That is $750.
The other is private lessons, where you would bring your dog each week for six weeks to have me coach you. Here, you’d take the lessons and then go home and work the exercises each week. These are $500.

I can’t say enough good things about the Mid-Michigan K9 Academy. We dropped two of our dogs off for the week-long boot camp. One is a timid Great Pyrenees mix and one is a hyper Doberman puppy. In a week’s time, they learned so much. My Pyrenees will walk without being spooked, and our Dobie will leave things she picks up for sport in our house. Both will come when we call them in the yard, and are working on “quiet” with their barking. Their placing is amazing. This is a picture of them still in their spots even after I left the room and closed the door. I highly recommend and we will drop them off for some refresher training, especially if we go out of town.

We took our 1 yr old sheepadoodle to the folks at K9 academy. For a week long lesson. Before taking Linus he was obnoxiously friendly and would jump up for hugs and love, at 85 pounds that's not a good thing. We also live on the edge a of a park where he would bark and chase every person and dog with out being able to recall. After working with Jim, Briauna, and the ladies our dog has came home a calmer, more obedient and honestly more enjoyable dog. He now is able to recall, and has stopped jumping up. We owe Mid-Michigan K9 Academy a huge THANK YOU!!

We can’t say enough about Jim and his Redemption Crew. When I heard their commercial on the radio, I was so excited. I did some research on them, because that is what mommy’s do and couldn’t wait to tell Pita’s daddy about it. Prior to taking our little girl there, I spoke to Jim on the phone and he made me feel like Pita was his only client. If you don’t know the story behind this man, go onto his website and make sure you read it; it’s an amazing story. Even though we haven’t picked Pita up yet, the countless videos and progress reports that they send us daily, leaves us speechless and sometimes in tears. We can’t thank you enough!
