FirstBarkWhitney and Dani are the best. They are very knowledgeable. They did an amazing job with my French Bulldog. I would highly recommend that you invest in your pet and take them to Milligan Valley. It is worth every penny!

How many dogs do you have in your training program at once?
We have three trainers and each trainer is assigned three dogs each for the duration of the dogs stay.

What does my dog do when they're not training?
They rest in their crate between each session and get freetime/playtime with our kennel techs when they're not in active training sessions with our trainers.

Where does my dog sleep?
In our facility We have a nice calm and quiet climate controlled kennel room which provides the dogs a comfortable place to rest between training sessions and through the night. You can find video and pictures of this area throughout our social media platforms or you may request a video tour from us directly.

Does my dog have to wear the e-collar forever?
We encourage everyone to view the e-collar as a seatbelt. Every time you get in the car you put your seatbelt on. Why? Are you intending to get into an accident? No, but you wear it because there is always a possibility of one occurring. We would rather you have it on your dog and not need it than get into a situation where you need it and you don't have it. If you follow our training program closely you will get to a point in life where you find it’s routine to put it on everyday but you hardly ever have to correct your dog.

Whitney and Dani are miracle workers! I have sent both of my golden retrievers there now and quality of life for me and my doggies is so much better! It was impossible for me to take them out of the house by myself with their anxiety and selective hearing. Now it’s a dream! Thank you Milligan Valley! I would recommend them for everyone’s dog in every situation!
I’ve always told my self I would never have a dog that I had to take out on a leash so we called Whitney and got on the schedule. Whitney totally changed my dog and I would take him anywhere with me now since I don’t have to worry about him running off. He’s a happy and well trained dog now. I highly recommend the Milligan valley team to anyone.

When I picked him up at the end of his training I also got "trained" and was assured I had access to them for questions which I did use and was so helpful. We have also been back for refresher courses. I can't begin explain the difference of having a dog (and owners 😉) that are trained vs untrained. I use his training Daily still 3 years later and I am so thankful for their knowledge and commitment to not just training the dog but making sure you understand your part in the process as an owner. Winslow gets compliments all the time.

The results have truly given my husband and I the freedom to enjoy our dogs—being able to confidently go through life with well-behaved, off-leash trained dogs is a game-changer. I can’t thank them enough for the care, the consistency with both board-and-train programs, and the transformation they brought to both of my pups!
