Not only do they have the patience of saints, but they’ve also worked wonders with dogs that are, let’s say, "extra" From challenging rescue dogs to my own little "all-star jerks," they’ve handled it all with a smile, and more importantly, with results! The customer service is out of this world — they are kind, responsive, and clearly love every pup they meet! And let’s not forget their boarding services. If you’ve got a dog that can’t handle the traditional kennel scene they have amazing client specific boarding. Miracle K9 provides an enriching experience that makes them feel like a VIP making sure each pup gets exactly what they need! Miracle K9 is truly the best. Michelle was fantastic and helped us, not only with our new pup, but also with our older dog who we took to her to help brush up on some bad habits he had developed over the years. She has given our silly little family new opportunities for our dogs to have their best life possible. Wonderful to work with her and the entire Miracle K9 crew. David and his team are absolutely incredible. I first came to David about 3 years ago when our Belgian Malinois, Bellatrix, was showing some reactivity, crate aggression, and handling issues. We live in KY and ending up driving to Cleveland to spend 5 days doing in-person sessions with David. We covered so many areas of her training in those five days and immediately saw a huge positive response. Since then, David has constantly checked in with us to see how things are going. If there is ever a situation we need extra guidance on, he is always willing to hop on a call or look at videos and give advice. Last year we went on vacation for 2 weeks and sent both our dogs back up to David for boarding. We were so impressed with how well our dogs were taken care of and how their training continued to progress while we were gone. I seriously can't thank David enough for his help - he has completely changed the relationship that we have with both our dogs and it is so comforting to know we have his ongoing support even from 5 hours away!
