Hi! Our recommendation for all first time clients is to set up a training session at the center! That way we can talk through these issues and work through some exercises in a neutral environment. Each dog learns differently so we wait to give recommendations on package options or follow up sessions after our first initial session so we can get to know you and your dog's needs better!

When we got our first family dog (and my first ever dog) it was a relief to have your assistance and encouragement to help navigate our 80lb Rotti. When we took on a second dog and needed to gain the confidence and skills to now work with two dogs you guys were invaluable. Having the client pack walks to keep the community engaged and assist in working with dogs who need that neutral exposure is amazing. Love everything about you guys.

Dr. Coleman & Sarah were so informative & kind during our first appt with our lab Fenway. He is struggling with IVDD & GOLPP so having the option for chiropractic care with his chronic conditions and being a senior at 11 years old is priceless. I did a video call with Millie. Totally worth every penny. She asked a lot of questions to make sure she understood my situation. She also gave me solutions that fit my lifestyle and offered different alternatives to a problem. From the minute I arrived at Mirror Image I knew I’d found the right place for our new pup. I think the entire staff came through to meet Booper the day of her assessment. I had worked with different training programs before but this felt different, friendly, balanced, and tailored to what I wanted to get out of it for my pup and not focused on mastering a few commands. My hopes were to have a well rounded behaved dog who could excel at the basics, while selfishly I wanted to learn more about the process and behavior. By the end of our assessment session I was ready to sign up for collar connect. 6 full day sessions of complete transformation over the next 6 weeks. Spending quality time with my pup and the great people who kept her and I engaged, learning, and motivated every step of the way was rewarding beyond expectations. HUGE THANKS to Millie for running a best in class facility (and for letting Booper ditch training for some extra attention) and to Jillian for always welcoming my messages when I wanted to celebrate our wins, had questions or just got a great pic of some exhausted dog showing her teef. This was work and will continue to be work but it has been so worth the reward and continues to be a great bonding experience for me and my dog. Be ready to do your part and be the person your dog needs you to be and expect great things in return. There are so many more terrific things I could say about this experience but if your dog isn’t excited to arrive at every training session you may need Mirror Image K9. We’ll definitely be back!
