Our Pet Care Technicians will professionally care for your cat and ensure that he is healthy and happy. Remember, we care about your cat too!Accommodations include cat condos with three different levels, large enough for multiple cats from the same family. Can I go anytime to the dog park or is there certain days and times?
Hi Carter! Shelley got it pretty much right; the park is available 8:00am - 5:00pm Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat and 8:00am - 8:00pm Tue and Thurs. Park is only available on Sunday by appointment or if you have a monthly pass. Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (Every 6 months) required for park usage. Cost is $7 for two hours of you can purchase a 1, 3 or 6 month pass.

If you are going for the 1st time you need to register your dog and show proof of vaccination. There's also a fee to use the facilities and there are set hours it is available.
Is the pond area fenced in? Also do you have to pay the $7 for 2hr fee if you’re just going to the pond and walking on the trails with your dog?
The pond isn't fenced in but there is some natural boundaries. You do have to pay the $7 for use of the pond and grounds.

Hi Rachael. Everything Pamela Sachs mentioned is correct. There is a $7 fee to use the park for two hours, which includes the pond, the fenced in agility play yard and the walking trails. The pond is not fenced in but there are natural barriers, IE: trees, bushes, etc..., that help to provide a border. Most of the time once the dogs are at the pond playing either in the water or with other dogs they tend to just stay there and enjoy themselves. How much is the cost for training classes for my 1yr old lab an my 10 week old lab
Don't know, but the cost is reasonable and modest when you consist the time you will invest and benefit off a well trained partner. Call them for rates.
Has anyone done the 2 week board and train program? Id like to hear about results before making the final decision. Thank you I advance for ur help!
Have not dome that but their trainers are really good especially Kelly & Jace. we do daycare and train at daycare in addition to going to their regular classes. The training during daycare is helping to improve her training and reinforcement of what we are doing at home and in class. Hope that helps some....

I have not done it before with my own dogs but I do see trainers walking with the board and train dogs around the public classes to increase distractions. The dogs ive seen have acted very well behaved while they worked around our class. So from what ive seen, it does work.

We had used Misty Pines for Board and Train in January and had developed a relationship of trust with the trainers and kennel staff. Even though it’s an expensive facility and quite a distance from our home, we used it to board our dog again when my husband had surgery in March, and we continued to train with one of the trainers on the staff. This trainer and our dog had a very special relationship.
All this explains is why our most recent boarding experience came as a big shock to us. I dropped off a healthy dog and got her back sick with diarrhea 6 days later. It turns out to be CDiff. No responsibility was taken by the general manager. After this negative experience we will not be going back and I can no longer recommend Misty Pines. But we will certainly miss our trainer and the friendly kennel staff.

I thought Misty Pines was great. We are visiting from Michigan and it was a wonderful place to bring our 8-month-old blue heeler to blow off some steam. He played on the agility course and swam in the pond area. The whole place was well kept up and the staff was very friendly. There are trails to walk your dog places so you do not have to walk them near the cars. On top of what we did, there is also boarding, grooming, and training. The whole place is animal centered and I wish we had something like this back home.
