Positive Energy Dog Training is the best place to go for your dog. They truly care about the animals and provide only the best. The trainers and handlers are all very helpful and friendly. My dog is a rescue who was very shy and anxious. By going to Positive Energy Dog Training, he has gotten much more confident and has helped us with behavioral corrections in the household. He achieved some of his biggest milestones under their care. I cannot recommend this establishment enough.

I am not here to hate or show hate but I want to share my experience because there's so many good reviews but I'm curious if it was this hard to get into the program. First off they take forever to reply to emails and concerns, I did have to reschedule the first time, they never answered any of my phone calls nor my voicemails, (I wanted to make sure that my $75 doesn't go to waste) I finally got a hold of them when I messaged them on Instagram and Was told that they did get back to me which was not true I would've been aware of that because I'm pretty consistent on checking my emails and voicemails. I finally got a consultation rescheduled and they were really nice in person but when I went to pick up my puppy you're supposed to call before you go inside, I did my first call got rejected, I called again but this time I stood in front of the window where she can see me she then made or pretended to make a phone because I just saw her rejecting my second phone call. I ignored it because I really wanted to work with them after my consultation I was expecting them to tell me about the packages she then told me she was going to CALL me the next day, The next day I received a email not a phone call, I had already told them that I wanted to know about the packages and the pricing why wouldn't they just called me so it would be a faster process I emailed them back asking them to call me so I can get my questions out the way I didn't get a reply in two days after I complained they said they would call that day.. still nothing. Definitely going somewhere else where they actually show they care. I'm not sure they didn't want to work with me because I'm younger and are probably more selective on who they choose to work with.

I sent my fur baby here for the Board and training program. I met with the owner Marwa who right off the bat was great! I felt such a good vibe from her (I had called quiet a few other places and just didn’t care for any of them) Her facility wasn’t that far from me either which was great. Her setup is awesome. A lot for the pups to do. I also love and appreciate the fact that she has cameras so your always able to see what kind of “trouble” your little one is getting into :). The couple of staff members I met were very friendly and helpful as well. I definitely would recommend this place whether it’s for boarding/ training or just need a doggy day care for the day/week. Positive Energy Dog Training is THE!!! facility to consider for your dog's training and boarding needs in the Bay Area. I had the amazing opportunity to take a look behind the scenes and was incredibly impressed to see every team member treat the animals with as much kindness and love as if they were their own. Every dog is continually looked after and cared for. The employees are all qualified to handle even the most difficult of situations which is something I truly care about when it comes to the safety of my own dogs. Though dogs can be unpredictable sometimes, I have a lot of faith in the team's ability to keep all pets healthy, happy, entertained, and most importantly SAFE.
