MLF Dog Sports

This facility is set up to provide quality training for dogs and their handlers. If you're expecting luxurious amenities and pet supplies, you'll be disappointed. Bring snacks and drinks for yourself and dog, take bathroom break for both prior to arrival and you'll be fine. Cindy is an awesome trainer who provides challenging courses and postive feedback and guidance as needed. I started handling my friend's dog Daisy here in January2025, one class per week after his wife Helen asked if I would be interested in competitions (she was competing with her dog and Daisy). I had no experience other than spectator, however, decided to expand my retirement activities. My goal was to compete in March with zero faults, not concerned about taking penalties for time. We ended taking first in Novice for her size in both runs and have placed in top 3 in subsequent competitions. The training and guidance provided by Helen and Cindy were ultimately responsible for our success. The ability to practice outside on a course similar in size to competition ones is also great. Helen challenged me to move up to Open in August competitions. Thanks to training here, challenge accepted, Daisy and I fully expect positive outcomes. 🙃
