Mollie’s Dog Place

I recently started taking my reactive dog to Mollies so that he could gain more confidence around new situations. He had his third session yesterday and he has already come leaps and bounds! I also work at the animal shelter, and Esmeralda made sure to teach me training strategies I could bring back to the shelter dogs. Highly recommend using Mollies Dog Place! She really cares about your dog and making sure you understand the training as well.

We can’t say enough good things about Esmeralda. She did an awesome job helping our puppy stop jumping and nipping, which made such a difference with our two young kids. She truly loves dogs, is incredibly patient, and taught our puppy so many useful skills and fun tricks. We saw a huge difference in how he behaves and in his impulse control. Esmeralda was also a wrath of information all things dog and was great at communicating with me about my puppy. Also my dog LOVES going and is so tired when he gets home he is basically perfect for two whole days haha. But real results and would absolutely recommend Mollies to anyone with a new dog!

It took me quite a while to write this review because I couldn’t exactly put into words how grateful I am to Esmeralda. I found her on google in October, read the reviews and immediately booked a meet & greet. In the span of two months Michaelangelo and I have transformed into a better pair. I am a first time dog owner so a lot of things are new to me but we come to group sessions every week. Everything I have learned, at Mollies Dog Place, has been implemented into our daily lives. I have learned how to work through Angelo’s bursts of excitement when he see’s other dogs. Everything I have learned from Esmeralda has changed how I approach training. I came to Mollies after taking private lessons and group sessions that didn’t seem to help me understand how to approach training. I thought Angelo would do better with private lessons but Esmeralda said he was a great candidate for group sessions which I am happy for. During these group sessions Esmeralda makes sure everyone feels included and she helps every owner work through any problem she sees. I’m looking forward to building a stronger connection with Angelo through our training sessions at Mollies Dog place.

I seriously can’t recommend Mollie's Dog Place enough! Our Vizsla came in with so much energy (as Vizslas do 😅), and the trainers (Esmerelda & Abbi) worked absolute magic. She’s still her happy, playful self, but now he actually listens, stays focused, and walks so much better on leash. We did the 4 week puppy camp (x2 because we loved so much) and Birdie KNOWS when she is headed to camp -- hops straight in the car and excited for the day! The team is amazing — super knowledgeable, patient, and clearly love what they do. They took the time to teach us too, which made a huge difference. We’ve seen such a transformation in our Birdie girl and are thankful for their expertise in helping our puppy become the perfect family dog! If you’re on the fence about training, just go for it —Mollie's is worth every penny!
