Working with Ben has been an incredibly positive experience for both us and our dog. When we first started, our dog struggled with reactivity and it made everyday situations stressful and unpredictable. Ben taught us how to communicate better with our dog and gave us practical, realistic tools we could use in daily life. The transformation we’ve seen has been amazing. We had an amazing experience with our puppy’s two-week board and train with Ben! We sent our 4-month-old puppy in hoping to build a solid foundation, and the results honestly exceeded our expectations. He worked with her on leash skills, basic commands, and exposure to a variety of environments and stimuli, and the transformation has been incredible. She came home so much more confident and responsive. Her leash walking is night and day, and she’s doing such a great job staying neutral around other dogs and people. It’s clear how much care, consistency, and expertise went into her training while she was there. We also really appreciated the updates and the focus on setting us up for success once she came home. He spent so much time with us giving us the tools for our puppy’s continued training.
