I cannot even begin to express how grateful we are for Mary. The first phone call we had, she listened to me cry and feel defeated. We were trying to determine the best course of action as we have a multi dog household which included one with aggression. We had tried everything we could think of and I was at a loss. Mary spent a good amount of time on the phone talking with me and discussing a potential course of action, which started with an introduction/evaluation. After talking for hours we decided to move forward with sessions where we met in public and she came to the home with the other dogs as well. To say that there was a major shift in our household with everything she taught not only our dog but also us would be an understatement. She was patient, answered questions, responded to text/calls, and was available every step of the way. She remained available even after our sessions ended. With how well this went, we sent another one of our dogs for board and train. She was open, honest, allowed access for us to visit, kept us updated on a consistent basis, and provided videos of sessions so we could see what she was teaching. Since all training has ended she remains available for questions and follow up. We have never felt left to "just figure it out", we know we have her support when/if needed. We have also utilized her for boarding. I love being confident in where my pups are being left. This has allowed us to enjoy any vacations without worry about the care of our dogs. A thank you will never be enough to express our gratefulness for Mary but we will continue to say it every chance we get. Thank you so much for everything!

Where do I even begin?! Mary is the absolute BEST trainer there is. Period. I have two dachshunds and was desperate for help with my oldest, who I previously paid thousands of dollars for training with another trainer on, and nothing helped. My pup was so reactive and barking and growling at literally everything and everyone. I couldn’t take him in public. I couldn’t go to breweries or parks with them. It was so sad for me and incredibly stressful. I wanted my dogs to have a better life than that. Mary not only helped my dog become confident and less fearful, but she helped me learn how to also feel secure and safe. So many trainer forget the human owners need the emotional support and training for us too, so we learn how to better teach and guide our dogs. But Mary knew this and helped me in so many ways. Within ONE SESSION, my dog was obsessed with Mary and now runs to her every time he sees her. She was there to listen every time I need guidance or wanted to cry from my own stress about the dogs. I’m so proud and excited to say my pup is now so brave, he joined his first sniff/ scent work class and did amazing! I’ve taken him in public and to breweries and he did so amazing!!! I’ve now signed up my second dog with her who is also reactive, but for different reasons, and I know Mary will help him feel more relaxed and secure in himself too. If you need your dog(s) trained, NO MATTER WHAT the issue is, no matter what you’ve tried in the past that didn’t work, Mary is the answer!

Mary is an incredible dog trainer who truly knows what she’s doing. From the start, she was professional, patient, and clearly experienced with all types of dogs and behaviors. She took the time to understand my dog’s specific needs and created a training approach that actually worked. I saw a huge improvement in my dog’s obedience, focus, and overall behavior in a short amount of time. Mary also does a great job of explaining things in a way that makes it easy for owners to continue the training at home, which made a big difference for us. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your dog and delivers real results, I highly recommend Mary!!
