Maggie, we are so sorry for your disappointing experience. IF you could please reach out as we do not have you in our records we would love to refund your money and provide some more information on our facility. Beginning with the tiny back room, the set up is for a dog wash tub we have found it is easy to have all supplies within close reach to the tub. We do have a hypoallergenic option for shampoo and conditioner but you are correct we do not have a "all natural". Our shampoo/conditioners are stated in our required YouTube video. For the dryer it is possible to turn the strength down on it but it is a dryer and those tend to be loud however we do have happy hoodies for the dogs again those are stated in the video. We are so sorry there was not any towels available we do restock daily but sometimes people get over eager and use quite a few. The water again as stated in the video does not get hot. In the beginning we had dog owners not paying attention to the temp and they were burning the dogs so to make it simple we turned the water heater down, we assure you it is not "freezing cold". Its great that you had good water pressure but even on full strength it is not power washer pressure. The sprayer head has many options to select from and if you selected the ones that are more pinpointed you would get more pressure, all the options are clearly labeled on the sprayer head. Hair flies with the dryer and we do clean the room. Again we would love to offer you a full refund but we have been unable to find you in our records to do that. Hey Katie! Thanks for using our wash. Sorry you had some issues but thank you for bringing them to our attention. The tub has been re leveled sometimes with rowdy bathers it shifts. The water heater has been adjusted. Unfortunately we can not have it hot hot water as when we did people were not paying attention and causing harm to their dogs. You wouldn’t believe what we have caught on our cameras. Finally as for the dryer I would assume that you had not adjusted the strength as it will blow the fur quite dry. If you want to completely dry your dog you absolutely can with that dryer but it does take time. If this is an issue we can always have you book a second session at no extra charge to make sure Fido is dry. No dogs leave dripping wet. This dryer is the same used for professional groomers it’s just more on the user to utilize it correctly, but we would be more then willing to give you a tutorial. We even provide ear covers for pooches that may be timid around the dryers. We do try to keep it simple not only for convenience but also for sanitary reasons to have bathing and brushing done in the tub.
