We are incredibly grateful for Cade and all the work he’s done with Koa, our working line German Shepherd. The board and train experience gave us a much deeper understanding of Koa’s needs, and we feel confident continuing to build on the strong foundation he created. Mountain Manners Dog Training was the best decision we ever made. Without the training our dog received from Candice and her son Cade, we might no longer have our dog. While training might come natural to them, there were many discussions beforehand that our dog was not going to be easy. He was a 2 1/2 year old high anxiety dog that was going to have to go through basically starting over from the very beginning even with having to be crate trained again. We had an out of control dog that changed every dynamic of our life. We could no longer have friends or family over due to him knocking people down and tearing the house apart. We had no control over this dog. I was ready to part ways because I knew I could never like this dog and we could no longer allow a dog to upset our lives the way he had. We made this one last ditch effort not knowing if this training for him would bring all the challenges needed to being reversed or not. Well needless to say, Candice worked miracles with our dog.She exceeded our expectations in every way. He is a changed dog and we are so pleased with his outcome . Candice communicated with us the whole way through, sent us pictures, and honestly did the best job that even exceeded our expectations. We now have a dog that is our family and can calmly be around friends and family in our home. He has stolen my heart and I love having him with me by my side every single day. My biggest advice, don’t wait, do it early. You will be so happy to have a dog trained by Mountain Manners with Candice and Cade.
