Thanks very much. I've already spoke to her. She's advised me to look into a book about muzzling him. I'm checking into that now.
Properly trained service dogs should never show signs of any aggression. If there is any aggression in a service dog than they were not properly trained and should not assist as a service dog.

No. She is very much active but does quite a few private lessons. Have you tried to call her? She is our trainer and a personal friend. Call her and I will see her tomorrow. Thank you for your important question.

Ms. Christy has helped us so much with our puppy Kona. She's learned the basic commands and more. We've attended the classes all the way through STAR certification and will go through with the canine good citizens. Ms. Christy truly cares about every dog she trains, and you can tell by the way the dogs love her too. She is very good at training us pet owners also! We have received many compliments on how Kona is such a well- behaved and trained puppy. I definitely recommend Ms. Christy's classes and training.

I’ve seen her first hand take a scare or intimidate dog who would not listen, to instantly doing the desired command. She teaches you to train the dog, not trains the dog.
