AWFUL SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS TRAINER. As a repeat customer, I requested to move my registration from a Saturday class to a Thursday class (before either class had started) and immediately received a rude and snarky response back, saying no. I read their policy online and it very clearly stated that refunds are available up until classes start but you need 1 weeks notice to cancel entirely - so I was well within my rights to shift the class to a different class before they started. However, the owner and her staff began to completely ignore me and refused to respond to my emails, leaving me out $200 and without a class to attend. Again - as a repeat customer (not sure why, the training is mediocre at best…). I’m sure she will respond with lies, so I just want to note that Chase refunded me 100% of my money and agreed that her written policies allowed for what I requested and that she was in the wrong for denying me my money back after she refused to accommodate my move to a different time. There are endless better options with friendlier ownership and staff like Pro K9 Center and Hunterdon K9 Center.

Hatchi is slightly reactive towards other dogs, so it is awesome that there are barriers between the dogs to help with his focus. We highly recommend the Basics I class and had such a positive experience that we immediately signed up for the Basics II and Loose-Leash Walking class!

My Dog’s Got Class is an outstanding training facility with a truly welcoming environment, and the team is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely focused on doing what is best for both you and your dog. They break everything down into simple, manageable steps that are easy to understand and apply. We’ve taken Puppy Kindergarten, Obedience 1, Obedience 2, Puppy Prep School, Mind Your Manners, and private training with Millie, our six-month-old Cavachon, and the progress she has made has been wonderful to see. Adrienne, Melissa, and Michelle are all outstanding—fully committed, attentive, and clearly passionate about helping every dog be their very best. We highly recommend My Dog’s Got Class to anyone looking for thoughtful, effective, and compassionate dog training.
Best dog training around. We have gone to three classes and will continue to go. The staff is wonderful, caring, helpful and the space is perfect. Can not say enough good things, if you and your dog need any sort of training or even fun classes, this is the place to be! Very knowledgable instructors in all aspects of dogs. Great place!
