My Personal Dog Trainer

We contacted Jamie regarding our puppy, Ellie, and Jamie responded immediately. I had communicated to Jamie that Ellie was not sleeping, she was acting out more than a typical puppy with jumping and biting and that we just couldn't seem to get her on track in any area. We had a consult with Jamie and signed up for a three week training program. However, we were given strict instructions in the meantime before Ellie would begin her three weeks with Jamie. We began to see a difference in Ellie within three days so that by the time we dropped her off with Jamie, she was ready to work. What Jamie accomplished with Ellie is miraculous. Ellie walks beautifully on the leash, she sit/stays, down/stays, goes in her crate easily, and is an absolutely love. She does not jump and greets new people calmly. You can tell that Ellie is crazy excited by the speed of her tail wagging but she is not giving into her impulses. Truly amazing. We loved Jamie's approach of positive reinforcement and using lack of reward instead of punishment. Jamie has been available to us at all times to answer questions and provide clarification. Jamie assured us that even though the three weeks had ended, we will always have her as a source of support. I cannot say enough about the entire experience. Jamie is truly amazing and clearly loves what she does; it shows in the dogs. Ellie is so happy and playful and has truly bonded with each member of our family. She is an incredible dog and we have Jamie to thank for that.

We haven't yet had the opportunity to actually work closely with Jamie but just through a phone consultation and a few text messages I can 100% say when the time comes she'll be our go-to trainer. She has been very responsive and has helped my husband and I with options concerning out 'problem child' pup. Jamie has been a wealth of information and she has always presented it in a way where she has related to our family and not talked down to us like some other trainers we've encountered during this long journey. Her kindness and compassion speak volumes and it's obvious she has a passion for what she does. Thank you Jamie for all your support the last few weeks!

Shortly after bringing home our shelter dog he became very reactive to strangers and would bark aggressively at people coming to our house. Our guests were uncomfortable and I was worried it would progress to a bite if we didn't do anything. Even after our first consult we got a lot of information and skills and we enrolled for another 4 sessions. Our dog is now not as reactive and we have the skills to control him and have guests over without worry. The training also comes with an online portal where you gets notes from each session and training videos and articles. Jaime was very flexible with scheduling and gave us time between sessions to practice with him. She has made us more confident leaders and we are grateful

Jaime is not only a qualified trainer but she is a genuinely caring, helpful person. She is honest, knowledgeable and professional. We were beyond satisfied with the services and guidance she provided for our pup. She went above and beyond to help us!! I would shout from the rooftops to anyone who has a dog to contact Jaime.
