Ken graciously offered to do a free consultation with me on the phone. He gave me amazing tips and reassured me that I was taking the right steps with a young pup! He was very honest with me and told me to let him know if his tips were not working in a few weeks. Ken is 1000% at the top of my list for future training sessions. Ken taught me how to have a conversation with my dog, to work together with her, and to make her feel good about commands. She's a pet not a prisoner lol.
