Naked Dog Training

If you have a dog with aggression, then look no further. I have a dog who I couldn't take around people or outside for that matter. It was hard to find someone willing to help us. Other trainers considered him too dangerous to work with. Thankfully, we came across John. To say my dog has improved feels like an understatement. John has transformed his life for the better. We have been provided with all the tools and guidance to be better dog parents and make our dog successful.

John and his team have been a blessing. I have a rescue dog who turned out to be really aggressive. I couldn't take him out on walks or around family. We tried and looked into a few training facilities before coming across John and his team. My dog's aggression was so bad that trainers who advertised they were aggression focused rejected him. We had lost hope until we met John. Thanks to John we are able to take our dog out on walks and around family. The training we have received at NDT has been life changing for our dog and us. We are truly thankful to John and his team.

John and his team are simply amazing with dogs. We’re very happy with the improvements we’ve seen. We have two littermate pups who were brought up together and they both picked up and reinforced some bad behaviors without having an older dog to teach them how to dog. They were very impulsive, very stubborn, and even aggressive. And despite being experienced dog owners, and having learned some proper training methods in the past, nothing was working. We came to Naked Dog with our pups, had John get to know them, and he put together a plan. Over the course of a few weeks we began to see meaningful changes. Everything is nuanced. The details matter. And the results have been fabulous. Our dogs are better behaved and safer and they love the training. Highly recommended.

I have nothing but great things to say about Naked Dog. Charlie is my first ever dog so I’m a total rookie on training. However, after completing the course I’m confident I have the skills to maintain results long-term. John and the Naked Dog team deliver a well thought out, easy-to-follow curriculum that helps the dog build upon the learnings from the previous week. After completing the course, Charlie still has his same spunky personality but is more confident in himself and willing to take commands. My husband and I rescued a puppy, did a DNA test and found out he was 50% cattle dog. We went back and forth about training, wondering if the few behavioral issues were things he’d grow out of. After a couple of weeks, our puppy can walk on a slack leash, seldom picks up or chews anything other than his toys, can sit with us without demand barking or nipping for attention and has stopped chasing our cat. Not only is our puppy’s behavior light years better, our relationship and communication with him is better. We’ve been able to establish boundaries, set expectations, and have the confidence to take our puppy everywhere. We’ve received so many compliments from friends, family, and strangers on his manners and behavior.
