Nashville K-9

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this review! I NEVER write reviews for anything, but this is one I have to do. *Timeliness: from my initial inquiry right up through every post-training follow up, Nashville K-9 is incredibly prompt in getting back to us with every question, email and phone call we have had. During training, we received twice weekly emails and photo updates on how our Cane Corso was doing which made us feel connected with her while she was there. *Cleanliness: when we got a tour of the facility and saw the place during drop off and during our pick up session, we were amazed at how clean and well-run everything was. The place was spotless, including the kennel area where SEVERAL dogs were being boarded/trained. The schedule they keep for maintenance and health of the dogs was also amazing. I have never taken my dogs to a place that took such care to know if a dog's weight and health was fluctuating daily. They have an electronically posted board for all techs to see to make everything easy to see. The area where the dogs do 'their business' is a high tech cleaning system under the turf ( no idea how that even works, but it is amazingly efficient and there is no smell anywhere). They bathe the dogs all the time too - I swear my dog came back cleaner and softer than we have ever seen her. *Training areas: I loved the variety of training areas they use to train the dogs. They have simulated bedroom, living room and kitchen areas so they can practice everything the dogs would do at home. They have 'stores' where they practice with the dogs. I thought this was crazy at first seeing my dog doing this because I never thought I would take her to a store; but after her training, she is now able to go to pet stores with us! They even have dog treadmills and work with the dogs in various situations they will be around (walkers, wheelchairs, strollers, etc) - they really have thought of everything. OVERALL: my husband and I cannot stop talking about Nashville K-9 and how they have truly transformed our Cane Corso (BIG dog). We have tried a few different trainers in our home before finding Nashville K-9. These trainers have told us that board/train type places would not be good for our dog, which made us hesitant to try something like this, but once we saw the facility and met Ali and the trainers, we knew we found the right place. Trust me - you will not be disappointed. Call Nashville K-9 - it is worth it!

My experience with Nashville K9 has been excellent. Ali and his entire staff are incredibly communicative, patient and sweet. Everyone is equally knowledgable about the best way to better your dog. The new facility is impressive. Plenty of room for multiple dogs and very clean! I cannot say enough good things about this place and program. I have sent 2 dogs here and plan to continue doing refresher courses. I was so touched when multiple trainers would ask about our other dog, Isabelle who trained there a few years ago. Little things like that make a huge difference!

Huge thanks to K9 Nashville for the 3 week board and train service. Our Griff pup came back an astute man with a full understanding of all the obedience tricks they have to offer! Ali and his staff are extremely professional and always there to help if needed. The video resources provided with the course are a huge benefit to extended at home training beyond the boarding experience. Thanks again, looking forward to bringing our pup back in the future!

We absolutely love Nashville K9! After having a relationship for nearly 3 years, we have started to see Ali and his team as family. We have had two of our dogs trained by this team and we lovingly refer to their brush-up boarding as “camp” because our dogs are so happy when we arrive. If you’re looking for excellence, this place should be your choice. Specifically, the cleanliness of the facility and kennel, the frequency of communication, the indoor training center, the training field, are in immaculate condition at all times. We’ve been so blessed to have our dogs under the care of Nashville K9! Highly recommend!
