I can’t thank the team at Nashville K-9 enough! As a first-time dog owner with a 9-month-old puppy named Buddy, I was completely lost. I thought I was doing the right thing by letting him sleep in my bed, bringing him to work, and showering him with love and attention. In reality, I was unintentionally causing him severe separation anxiety. I couldn’t crate him because he’d hurt himself trying to get out—rubbing his nose raw, barking, crying, and even attempting to chew through the crate. I found myself taking him everywhere, afraid he’d injure himself if left alone. On top of that, he had frequent accidents and was always getting into things. The last straw was when he destroyed one of my favorite chairs. In desperation, I emailed Nashville K-9 late on a Sunday night, and by Monday morning, the owner, Ali, called me. He took the time to explain exactly what was happening with Buddy and why. I immediately signed up for the three-week board and train program that Thursday, and it was truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The facility is spotless, the trainers are top-notch, and they spent considerable time preparing me for success when Buddy returned home. I honestly feel like I have a brand-new dog—I can’t believe the transformation in just three weeks! We’ve been following the personalized schedule they created for Buddy, and it’s been smooth sailing. I’ve even had a few questions since bringing him home, and they’ve responded quickly every time. As a busy business owner, they were incredibly flexible with my schedule, adjusting the owner training class and even adding a few extra days before I picked him up. One of the greatest perks is that now that Buddy has trained there, he can board anytime I’m out of town, and they’ll refresh his training while he’s there. They treated Buddy like one of their own, and I had complete peace of mind leaving him in their care. Thank you all so much for everything! I can’t wait to bring Buddy back!
