Nebraska Dog Trainers

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Nebraska Dog Trainers. Before going, our 2 year old golden retriever was the sweetest dog at home. But the minute she was on a leash, saw another dog, runner or bicycle, she went crazy! Pulling so hard, that it often left my arm and back, sore after attempting to take her for a walk. We had tried for months on end with daily training ourselves, and were not getting anywhere. Our trainer Jessica was increíble- sending nightly updates and pictures; so we never had to wonder what they had done that day or how things were going. Since we’ve been home- it’s like our great dog got even better. We can walk her off leash and she heels right beside us; even with other dogs, bikes and more going by. We practice every day; and she is always amazing. She is also so much better. about door manners and polite greetings! We are beyond impressed with her training and highly recommend Nebraska Dog Trainers to anyone looking for extra help with their dog. If we ever get another dog, will absolutely go get training as well, no doubt about it!

We had the opportunity to work with Liz and it was an amazing experience! She was very helpful in teaching us how to continue our puppy’s training as well as understanding what our needs were! She went above and beyond our expectations! Millie can confidently sit, down, heel, and place! We are still working on off when jumping, but Liz gave us all the tools necessary to keep working with our pup! It was also very nice to receive daily updates and pictures of how Millie was doing while training! We highly recommend her anyone’s future trainings! :)

Nebraska Dog Trainers is an amazing organization. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Jessica was our trainer and she is fantastic at her job and also just an incredible person. I was very hesitant and nervous to leave our two dogs, Isla and Odie, for the two week board and train. Isla has a habit of running off and getting out of the house. I was so scared to have her do the off-leash activities in fear she’d run away, but after meeting Jessica, I was fully confident in her abilities. Jessica texted me every evening with a rundown of their progress from the day along with pictures and videos of their activities. She bonded with our dogs and gained their trust and she assured me there would be no off-leash training until she was fully confident they would follow her commands. I am still astounded at their progress. We are having a baby in a few months, and now I am not worried about managing the dogs’ behavior around an infant because Jessica did so well with their training. We have been able to stop Isla from chasing our kitten and they actually get along now and can coexist near each other. We can also take them on a leisurely walk around the neighborhood now without being dragged down the road or worrying about them barking at everyone we pass. I am so beyond grateful for the hard work and love that Jessica put in to working with our babies. We are thrilled with the progress our pups have made. Thank you, Nebraska Dog Trainers!!
