Nebraska Dog Trainers

I have been a dog owner my entire adult life, and I have never had a puppy quite as challenging as my seven-month-old Bernedoodle, Henry. I had heard a lot of really good things about Nebraska Dog Trainers, and I decided to give them a try, figuring I honestly had nothing to lose. When I dropped Henry off with Shyra for his two-week board-and-train program, I wondered if it was possible for Henry to “fail” the program or even get kicked out. Not only did he not get kicked out, he did amazingly well and “passed” with flying colors! Shyra is nothing short of a miracle worker, in my opinion. Thanks to Shyra and Nebraska Dog Trainers, our home is once again a peaceful, playful, and happy place. Not only are we happier, it is clear that Henry is happier, too. He is now confident, obedient, and more comfortable in his own skin. The two-week program was amazing. I received daily communication from Shyra so I never had to wonder how Henry was doing; I knew. I also received tons of pictures of Henry along the way and the most amazing video of his journey at the conclusion of the program. I think of the board-and-train program as an investment that we will be reaping the rewards of for years to come. I can’t recommend Nebraska Dog Trainers highly enough. We took our two German Shepherd puppies to NDT for a two week board and train. To be honest, we were disappointed with the results. They were really good at some of the skills they learned but they were really struggling with other aspects of the training. After 6 months of working on those weak points, I decided to reach out to NDT. I was informed that the trainer that had trained them was no longer with NDT but I was contacted by Shyra one of the other trainers and she was amazing to work with! She 100% stood behind their training and met with us multiple times to assess our pup's needs and work with us as well. She also took our pups for some additional work. When we picked them up, we could see the difference immediately. She continued to work with us until we were 100% satisfied, and even then, I feel like we have a partner we can trust if we need help in the future. Seeing how much trust and love our pups had built with her was really reassuring to see as well. It's now been another 6 months since we worked with Shyra, and I am still very happy with the results. Nebraska Dog Trainers do great work and stand behind their training. Most importantly, they care about the dogs and families they work with. I will continue to recommend them to friends and family.
