We have used Tiago for boarding, training, grooming and daycare regularly and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Tiago is truly a dog whisperer and has a genuine heart for every dog he works with. He goes above and beyond to take the absolute best care of our dog including sharing adorable photos and videos (and getting our high maintenance chihuahua in some adorable outfits for us - he even got him his own vest when it was chilly one day at daycare!) when we drop our baby at nerd paws, we know he will not just be safe and well taken care of, but that he will also have a total blast including games, training, playing with other puppies, movie nights and beach/park days. Tiago is also so accommodating and is always willing to work around your schedule and circumstances, and he even squeezed us in when we desperately needed somewhere to board over the Christmas holiday. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my dog and can’t recommend Tiago and Nerd Paws enough!

I found NerdPaws on Rover. Was directed by a Silvia to make a reservation on WhatsApp. The contact on WhatsApp was a Thiago, not Silvia. Was very pushy and would message a couple times in a row for an answer. I then was told I needed to make a 50% deposit outside of Rover through Zelle or Venmo. I was suspicious due to there only being a couple reviews of this “business”, so I asked if I could check out the boarding location in person before bringing my dogs. They sent me a different address than what they have on their website, and told me they “have to know me first in person” because people “sneak on their business”. Seems to be a scam, I wouldn’t trust a “legit business” who wants to meet at a separate location than their “business”, especially with my dogs.
