Sunday is a rescue dog who struggled with behavioral difficulties. The training at New Sentry significantly reduced these problems. She is a far happier dog after starting with John.kelly and the rest of the staff. She absolutely loves going and I feel so happy that she is well cared for

training was excellent n lodging when we left meshu was excellent however your manager myna keeps calling my shepherd a female her personality needs improvement n she is rude overall kelly n your staff is great n you as owner i trust 100% percent however i am turned off with myrna i am hesitant to bring my dog back n have to deal with this woman she is rude n there is no cause for it other then that i recommend your services highly new sentryK9 knows how to deal with any dog that needs training

New Sentry K9 has wonderful training programs and I am totally confident and trust them when I am boarding my German Shepherd. They get to know the dogs individually and are very experienced at all aspects of training and care. The most recent time I boarded my dog, I also asked for them to give him a bath and I have never had him groomed so well! I recommend them highly!

Very bad experience, had to pull both dogs out of the program after 2 weeks. It was so bad left the place in tears... we will never recommend this place to anyone. We were very disappointed!!!

Your bad experience was you couldnt stand to be away from your pups. And we here at New Sentry K9 understand that its hard. That is why you were advised to make sure, before you enter into the board and train program. After 2 weeks of the 4 week training program you decided to pull your pups. We did nothing wrong they were being trained and taken care of properly. When you pulled them out of training you requested a refund. You recieved 2 weeks of training and that was all you got charged, nothing more. We wish you the best and hope you continue in some type of training program for your pups. God bless.
