Norka Dog Guru

Norka is amazing with dogs especially with multiple dogs in one home. I have a pack of 7 and 2 fosters and she has done amazing getting them all acclimated. Norka’s gentle, clear, and has a no bs approach. I recommend her to all the rescues in need. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for behavior modification for your dog(s). One of my dogs was showing aggression and she handled him with care and explained in detail how I could help fix it. Not once did she yell at my dog, not once did she correct my dog, not once did she intimidate my dog, she helped me understand why my dog was reacting and how to predict and prevent him from acting the way he did. I highly recommend her for all of your dogs needs.

Norka truly is a gem. We had encountered three trainers prior to finding her. Norka's approach to dog training is tailored to address the specific and unique needs of the family. Our dog, Darcy, struggled with serious reactivity towards other dogs and was fearful of her surroundings. With Norka's help, Darcy has much more confidence and is able to go for walks and enjoy the park with ease . Norka is patient and kind and she helped bridge the communication gap between us humans and our dog. She also was willing to drive out to meet us at different locations, like the park, for our sessions to really maximize the effectiveness of the training. We are so thankful for Norka! She is the only dog trainer we will ever need.

Found Norka on TikTok a couple years ago and been wanting to train my boy Sisqo (5y/o dalmatian/pit mix) with her since! Finally stopped procrastinating and set up the consultation. Sisqo’s always been super anxious and fearful/reactive and after every session with Norka we see so much progress with him! He’s now able to be out in public without talking so much trash anymore lol Still got some ways to go but in such a short period of time there’s been a complete turn around after just a few sessions. I can 100% say he’s able live a happy life outside the safety of his home thanks to Norka showing us how it’s done!

Norka is absolutely THE BEST! We adopted our handsome boy when he was 1 year old, and he was sassy! Cheddar lacked confidence, manners, and basic skills but after spending 2 weeks with Norka, as part of her board and train program, he was a new man. Norka took the time to help us become better dog parents and helped Cheddar become the best version of himself. After 2 years together, we cannot imagine our family without this cute little fella.
