Norka Dog Guru

Norka is seriously the most amazing trainer I have ever come across. We recently rescued a 2 y/o staffy and we could tell immediately he was fear reactive to people, and possibly other dogs. I called her after having a TERRIBLE experience with a “dog behaviorist” and it was a night and day difference. With her reverse board and train program we were able to help Bubba so much that by the last day we were able to walk through a Home Depot without any barking, or lunging. He actually was calm. Positive reinforcement and repetition is KEY. She has the answers, but doing with work with your dog is just as important. THANK YOU NORKA. We will be consulting her on anything and everything.

First off I just wanna say Norka was well worth the money I paid for her expertise. She was super informative and attentive to what we requested of her with training our lil hopper! Plus she was also really easy to follow in her instructions, she just had a great way of using analogies to help us understand what we were trying to get our hopper to understand through training. 100% recommend hiring Norka the Dog Guru!

I rescued Finn back in October of 2022- malnourished, neglected, and terrified of everything. Other trainers will tell you that the only solution to these issues is using an E-Collar. Norka showed up with a leash and some ham. She has all the top notch training gear, but simply starts by taking time to learn about the dog, owner, and overall situation. She gets to the root of the problem, and works from there! 10/10 would recommend. Finn has made so much improvement and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Norka!!

I cannot thank and recommend Norka enough! Not only did she train our sweet Harley but she also coached us humans (in fact we may have needed training more than Harley!) and made sure that our kiddos were engaged throughout the entire process. The sessions themselves were creative and fun, and flexible enough to adapt based on Harley’s mood, and in no time at all, our sweet pup had made mile-long strides! Huge fans here all around!
