We have a golden retriever puppy who we sent to K9 Norris at about 4 months old. We were so happy with the environment and Joys training approach. Dash (our puppy) turned around his bad habits and Joy was very communicative with us. We were able to ask Joy questions as new challenges arose after his two week stay with them. We are so glad to be part of the K9 Norris fam and to have such great training resources at our finger tips.
EXTREMELY knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors. Even went above and beyond to check in and check on how my dog was doing with training at home. I was given more excercises to try and my dog has responded very well! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication
