North Boston Dog Training

Bryanne is amazing. We adopted a pit bull last summer who had many behavioral problems. For months we were really discouraged because it seemed no matter what we did, it wasn’t working. He was even going to educational daycare 40 hours a week. Once we met with Bryanne, he became a different dog. She taught us and our dog so many things that really changed our relationship with him. We can’t thank her enough! We will definitely maintain a relationship with him for future dogs!

I’ve been having trouble with my dog Luna’s reactivity toward other dogs for years. Countless trainers have not made much of a mark until we called North Boston Dog Training. Bryanne taught us why she acted this way and how to not only recognize her triggers, but how to resolve them. Can’t thank this team enough for our dog’s happier lifestyle. Walking perfectly and living with another dog peacefully.

We took 1-1 sessions with Bryaane for our 1 year old female GSD, Luna. Luna had some basic obedience training as a puppy but we were facing some challenges in getting her to behave on walks and in public. Bryaane introduced us to some training tools and we started with weekly sessions with her. The training helped us a lot and Luna. Now she seems like a changed dog (in most cases, we are still working on some more behavior)! Bryaane explains dog behavior very well, and helps train humans to interact better with dogs. Luna loves her training sessions with Bryaane and we love learning to be better dog parents!

I can't help but express my extreme disappointment with Bryanne's services. Despite all the glowing reviews about North Boston Training and the recommendation from Mike, Bryanne turned out to be a huge letdown. We agreed on a 2-week board and train program for our two American Eskimos with the hope that they would learn the basics and improve their behavior. At first, Bryanne seemed promising when she came over to discuss her training approach. However, when it came time for drop-off, it was evident that something was amiss. She hurriedly handed the dogs over to my daughter, barely explaining what she had done during the two weeks. Her only advice was to be firm with the dogs, which didn't seem like an adequate response considering the hefty fee we paid. The situation quickly deteriorated from there. Within a day of being back home, our dogs started peeing everywhere (prior, they would pee on their pads)and exhibited new, undesirable behaviors. It was as if they had regressed instead of progressing in their training. When I reached out to Bryanne seeking answers about what she had actually taught them, she resorted to making excuses, blaming the breed's supposed high maintenance rather than owning up to her lack of competence. To add insult to injury, Bryanne couldn't even provide a straightforward answer or demonstrate what the dogs had learned during their time with her. It became apparent that she had essentially charged us an exorbitant $5,000 to babysit our pets instead of delivering on her promises. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. We entrusted Bryanne with our beloved pets and had legitimate expectations for their training, only to be sorely disappointed. I strongly advise against anyone considering using Bryanne's services, as she has proven herself to be unreliable and incapable of delivering on her commitments. Do not trust her niceness, she’s absolutely not a very nice human being !!! Forgot to mention that my dogs looked super dirty and very abused looking…

My 3 year old lab mix rescue went through the 2 week off leash training course with Rhonda who was amazing. He has really come a long way since adopting Ben. He is super attentive now, listens to commands, much calmer and independent and definitely trusts us more. I truly believe Rhonda shaped him into the best dog that he can be. He knows when he’s doing wrong/ corrects himself right away. It truly is worth going through this training if you have a dog who is misbehaved. Thank you so much!!
