While it is nice to read the reviews of those of you that have received great service from North Coast, unfortunately, my family cannot say the same when it comes to our experience. We dropped our dog off in great health, only to pick him up injured. The injuries, and time of injuries has been confirmed, I am not making assumptions. Our dog went from being happy and running around the backyard to being in physical pain, crying while trying to get up, walking with a limp, and has difficulty eating. Hopefully this situation does not happen again to any other dog and their family.
