Have you guys been able to reopen daycare yet? And if not do you have plans to?
Hello,
We have recently moved into a new facility and it is under construction. Once it is completed, we will be starting up our Day-Training program, but we will be doing things a bit differently, namely with smaller groups and a heavier focus on training with end goals. We will be making a big announcement on our website and social media pages when it comes time, which we anticipate being before the end of this fall.

I have a bull Mastive. His 7 years old. When I correct him for peeeing in the house he growles at me and try to bite me. Is this a dominate issue. How can I make him stop.

Hedy is a phenomenal trainer. She helped train me how to raise and train my service dog Olivia. I didn’t know anything but how to train sit. And she helped lay a solid foundation and basics, and then we worked up into more complex tasks. I truly feel like I’m able to communicate with Olivia in a way that she understands, and she can communicate with me and I’ll understand. Having my dog be able to trust me and count on me is just as important as me being able to count on her. 100% recommend!!

Very wonderful experience working with North Country. They are extremely knowledgeable individuals and helped me assess and address an issue with my handling and service dog’s skills and engagement. I have worked with Claire extensively and her skills,knowledge, and love of dogs is always very apparent! She helped us so much with our Belgian Malinois in obedience, and exposing us to elements of scent, agility and dock diving ( our pup won a medal in a competition she made us aware of!) She also encourages and supports both the “student” and handler, which in my case was invaluable.
