Gun fire everyday ruining our peaceful Rice Canyon. These people come from out of town with no regard or respect for residents. Probably ground water pollution as runoff from gun riddled hillsides permeates San Luis Rey river conservation area that runs through the property. Pala Indians purchased the land surely not for combat training, target shooting gun rental. We never see Hawks or Deer anymore, everything scared off. Nobody moved here with knowledge of setup. The owners of planned Rice Canyon Seminary are certainly unaware. Since no one takes ownership for the facility pretty sure legal actions in the works and meetings with Pala tribe to abate this Public Nuisance.
