We study all our blood lines going back 15 generations for health, temperament, and structure to make sure you have the very best dog we can possibly breed. All out dogs are directly imported from Europe from the best kennels. We specialize in old Czech and DDR foundation line German Shepherds. I’ve been taking both of my dogs to Jeff for the past 4 years, and it’s the only place they are happy to stay, and sad to leave. Really, when I come to pick them up after boarding, they are sad to leave

I have been trying to get my $1500 deposit back from Jeff after I found another place that is better for my dog. I met with Jeff for a consult back on June 12. I have been trying to get my $1500 deposit back from Jeff after I found another place that is better for my dog. I met with Jeff for a consult back on June 12. After the end of our consult, I gave Jeff a $1500 check deposit "to hold a spot - because [Jeff] is booking out quickly...", the standard sales pitch. I never signed a contract and we never set a specific date. Then about a week later I had a consult with another company that would not keep my dog in a crate all day (and only out for training). I sent an email to Jeff (Northshore K-9/Vonmiller Kennels) on June 27 requesting a refund of my deposit, less the consult fee, and then sent a follow up text on July 7 asking when I should expect my refund. All I get is radio silence from this guy. I don't understand how an officer of the law thinks it's okay to keep my deposit - isn't that against the law-especially since no contract was signed? Jeff, you need to do the honorable thing and refund money you have not earned.
