This is the best training facility! Their detailed daily updates, including videos, pictures, and reports, are invaluable, especially seeing the continued progress! It's truly comforting to know your dog is being loved and cared for, particularly when you're missing them. We saw an immediate difference when our dog came home and even our friends noticed it too! It's clear that this facility goes above and beyond, not only with training your dog but also by keeping you connected and informed about your dog's progress. The level of transparency and communication is a huge advantage, as is the foundation they provided for your dog's obedience. Knowing your dog listens and obeys commands makes a world of difference in our daily life and strengthens our bond with our dog. We plan to do more courses with them and will definitely use them to board!

Our family had a great experience with Hank and Nicole who came recommended by our obedience class instructor. Our 70lbs Pitty/Lab mix ‘Obi’ was adopted at ~2 years old after our previous dog of similar stock past. She was bigger/stronger, and more excitable than her predecessor and our family wanted to get some help: -Like others have stated the communication from Hank was great. -We have really enjoyed that Obi came home with a a personalized plan to follow to establish a good routine based on what Hank knew of Obi and our lifestyle. The concerns we voiced as a family during our intake at Hank’s house were all addressed -Hank proofed Obi’s ability to get her nails clipped drama free (with video evidence) -Obi came home with her very lovable goofball nature intact but with confidence.

After a 3-week board and train program with Milo as well as a few in-home sessions, we can confidently say that K9SF (and Milo, specifically) have been a total game changer for us. The board and train is definitely an investment, but it has been worth every penny. All of the staff at K9SF went above and beyond to care for our dog when she was sick during part of the program and to keep us in the loop on how she was doing. The daily pictures and videos kept us updated on her progress and someone was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. Milo has the patience of a saint and is always so great with answering any and all questions we’ve had post-board and train. Our pup has made tremendous improvement since her board and train and we couldn’t be happier!

If you are on the fence about training with Hank let this be your sign to.. DO. IT.!!! About a year ago I had taken on a dog who struggled with reactivity, impulse control, leash skills you name it.. then Hank stepped into the picture and WOAH!!! He helped give Nashville a job as well as learn boundaries, recall and leash skills. What Hank does that sets him apart is that he also works with us humans to better understand our dog and how their minds work. Within those first couple sessions mine and Nashvilles relationship improved SO much and walks are now a calm and enjoyable part of my day and I no longer have to worry about him running off. Nashville can also be people selective and he LOVES Hank so take my dog’s word for it if nothing else!

We’re so thankful for the strong foundation Hank helped lay for our dog, Goose! His approach was thoughtful, consistent, and clearly rooted in experience. Goose made great progress during their time together, and we were really impressed with how much he learned. What we appreciated most was that Hank not only worked with Goose but also made sure we understood how to carry everything over into our daily routine. The guidance and structure he provided gave us so much more confidence as dog owners. We’re really happy with the results and would definitely recommend Hank to anyone looking for solid, reliable training. Thank you, Hank, for giving Goose such a great start!
