FirstBarkSue has trained me and my GSD's for the last 14 years on how to work together to bring out their best. Each one of them were different especially my last rescue was a tough case but now I have a dog who is a better balanced dog and I can leave along in the house without him panicking with anxiety.

I am working with Sue Oakes of K9 Training with my third dog now and wouldn't consider training with anyone else. We were lucky enough to find Sue many years ago when we had a deaf dog. Her training makes sense. It is logical and about showing the dogs what is expected. Sue makes training fun! It's also about training for your own individual situation, not what people say you should do. Our deaf dog turned out to be the best trained dogs we have ever had. Since then we trained one of our other dogs who is now a therapy dog. We're currently working with Sue to train our 7 month puppy with the hopes that she will one day also be a therapy dog. The training facility and set-up is a great space. If I could give Sue and Oakes K9 Training more than 5 stars I would.
Very adequate training facility. Sturdy boundaries and gates to keep both pets and owners safe, even with very large dogs present
We love training here. Sue really understands dogs.
