Obedient Paws

We sent our almost 3 year old Labrador retriever to Obedient Paws for the 4 weeks of Boot Camp training and the outcome did not disappoint. Prior to the training our dog had issues of rushing in and out of doors, pulling on leash, separation anxiety, not obedient with distractions, hyperactivity, and jumping on others. Adam takes the training very seriously and requires the owners to be involved and open to corrections of your own faults. After 1.5 weeks at boot camp we were able to walk our dog on a loose leash, get our dog to recall with distractions, and jumping on us was non-existent. Initially we debated the cost of sending our dog here for training, but looking back it was the right decision and worth every penny. Thanks Adam, we look forward to boarding our dog here in the future.

We have a 2.5 year old yellow lab who started to bark and lunge at other dogs while on walks. When it got to the point where we could not control him and didn’t even want to take him out of the house I researched dog trainers and found Adam. He is amazing! We put our dog in 3 week boot camp and he is so well behaved now. Adam really worked with us to make sure we understood and mastered all of the techniques he was using to train our dog, and to teach us what we were doing wrong. You can tell that he genuinely cares about each dog he works with. My dog was so happy there and we will continue to put him in doggy daycare at Obedient Paws during the week! I cannot recommend Adam enough!

Our 8 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback just completed a 4 week training with Adam. Our biggest concerns were jumping on people, counter surfing, leash pulling, trash digging and inconsistent recall. After spending time working and training with Adam, we feel more confident and comfortable working with the resources and techniques he showed us. We are happy to report that our Ridgeback is doing great at home after the training! Adam is knowledgeable, organized and easy to work with. We highly recommend him!
