We have two German Shepherds (a 4 year old and a 5 month old) and Dillon’s training methodology was perfect for us. We were considering board and train at first, but ultimately wanted to be involved in their training and have it occur in our environment. Dillon easily met that criteria and we are extremely happy with the results. We’ve learned how to communicate our expectations to our dogs in a way that they understand and actually respond to. I’m no longer being dragged along on walks and don’t have to worry about them reacting to other dogs. Our older dog especially seems to be more confident and relaxed in social situations/environments because she knows what’s expected of her. Would absolutely recommend Dillon to anyone who wants to build a better relationship and more trust with their dog!

Dillon was so awesome! He helped so much with our husky,Saige. We always had a hard time walking Saige and her listening to us with some basic commands, the need for a trainer started when we introduced a new dog to our home. Saige has been the only child for years so it was very challenging for her to make this adjustment. We really wanted both dogs to share the space and live calm and peaceful.My bf and I weren’t really sure about hiring a trainer but Dillon came for a consultation and we immediately liked how knowledgeable and confident he is! We saw a big change in Saige starting from the first day, Dillon really makes you feel comfortable in asking questions and not only corrects your dog but also teaches and informs you on things you did well or can work on! As our sessions went on we kept seeing positive results in Saige. We had no prior knowledge on e collar training so he was very informative and taught us how to use it properly and effectively!Thanks to his passion and dedication Saige is able to walk off leash, listen to commands when needed and most importantly is getting along and building a good relationship with our new dog! They both are able to play with the same toys and sleep and eat in the same area. I could not recommend him enough! We saw such good results that we are interested in having him train our other dog as well!

We recently adopted a very anxious and shy two year old girl. She would only stay in one section of the house was terrified of our cat and refused to listen to us. We thought just giving it a couple weeks would allow her to adjust but that didn’t happen. We knew before adopting her we wanted to get her professionally trained. Due to her anxiety we decided we needed a trainer to come to us. Based on the research we did on other trainers, we knew we were limited. Traveling trainers were pricey too! We also noticed the price was higher for a dog over 6 months to be trained. With Dillon from the very first phone call we were blown away by how informed he was, such a different approach and it was a very reasonable price. He was confident to train any breed at any age, regardless of the behavioral situation. In each session Dillon not only answered all our questions but gave us knowledge that we didn’t even know we needed. Understanding that communicating with a dog is very different than humanizing a dog. We saw a huge difference just after two sessions and were amazed how just over three weeks we had a completely different dog and not only did our confidence grow but so did hers. She is now happy, trained off leash, anxiety has reduced drastically, she can roam the house, she’s not terrified of our cat, she plays, and the list goes on. We couldn’t even begin to thank Dillon enough for what he has done and would highly recommend him to anyone. We are very confident that no other place or trainer would have brought our pup or ourselves to where we are today. Now if he could just train cats….

Dillon is simply awesome! Daisy was picked up as a stray in early December and I adopted her shortly before Christmas. She had pretty severe anxiety and depression and was on medications. While Daisy did well with a short lead, we started pretty much at ground zero with socialization and confidence. Dillon guided us through long lead training and ultimately e-collar training with gentle and consistent advice and coaching. Daisy LOVES being a free-range doggo and follows commands well. Socialization is much better now as Dillon taught me to respond to Daisy’s cues in different social settings. Daisy is learning to love and play and has even started resource guarding her toys as we play. With Dillon’s skilled guidance, Daisy is blooming into a happy and confident dog. We inquired about Dillon and his training from a family member who also used him for their German Shepard. We have 2 young dogs that are full of personality. Dillon started out with telling us that he wanted our dogs to have freedom to be dogs and to be able to explore the world. Within 2 sessions- we could already see a change in our dogs. He was quick to observe the areas that needed to be worked on with both dogs. He is very patient and eager to answer any and all the 100's of questions I have. He knew I was very anxious about letting my dogs off leash the first time, and told me that was OK to feel nervous and that he would work with me when the time came. I felt like he knew what he was doing and he is very knowledgeable. Our lives have changed so much for the better having our dogs properly trained. We can now take our dogs out for adventures without the fear and anxiety of them running away. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.
