Honestly, Jen and the whole company have been amazing to work with! They answered all of my questions before I even purchased the plan, and I felt really good about choosing them from the beginning. Ryder went to Jen for reactivity training because she had become extremely reactive toward other dogs in the past couple of years. Jen is so relaxed and amazing with dogs, and she’s been super personable and flexible throughout the whole process. She’s literally always a text away when I have questions at home, and no matter what situation I’m dealing with, she always answers. We’ve learned SO many necessary obedience skills and great tools to help with Ryder’s reactivity. We’ve already seen so much progression with her, and we’re not even done yet! It was totally worth the money, and I’m really excited to keep seeing her progress. If we ever get another puppy, I’ll definitely be bringing them by! ❤️

Everything I hoped to gain from these training classes, I did, and more. I worked primarily with Logan, and his knowledge, patience, and teaching style were exceptional. He took the time to explain not only what to do, but why it worked, which made all the difference. I came in with a large, reactive, and excitable Cane Corso puppy. My biggest goal was simply to be able to walk him without him reacting to other dogs and people. By the end of the program, we had accomplished so much more than that. I wanted to be actively involved in learning how to properly use the e-collar in real-life situations so I could confidently continue the training at home. Logan made sure I understood every step, giving me the knowledge and confidence to keep building on what we learned. These sessions didn’t just change my dog’s behavior, they changed both of us. My dog is now much more confident and relaxed on our daily walks, and I have the confidence to be the calm, consistent leader he needs. We now enjoy walks together every day, and I’ll continue practicing all the commands and techniques we learned. I highly recommend these classes to anyone looking for knowledgeable, hands-on training that creates lasting results.

My puppy was dragging me around the block, pulling the leash when I stopped to talk to neighbors and running out the front door when the kids opened the door. After three weeks all of our problem behaviors have been solved.
