I have nothing but positive things to say! The trainers genuinely care about your pup and want to ensure they are providing the best training. We learned so much and our dog is the same happy dog he's always been, but just listens and behaves better now. He gets so excited to put his collar on because Off Leash makes it fun to train and makes sure they don't see it as punishment. We waited 2.5 years and I wish we did it immediately after we got our puppy, BUT it is never too late!
