Thank you for calling me back immediately. Have been in an actual “dog fight” with senior neighbors who have habitually “thrown their small dog outside for months on end.” Managememt said, “ignore it.” -How can one ignore a tiny dog crying to be let in for hours on end? -How can one ignore the pet running all over the neighborhood off leash when others are risking their lives rescuing the canine from “certain death” on the highways and county roads? NONETHELESS: Thank you for the “BEST advice!” IGNORE THEM! -I Disconnected from the situation and am doing my best to ignore this cruel and irresponsible behavior! -I did call the police, make a report, and an officer did speak with the “responsible parties.” -Noticed tonight a male dog walker was walking the tiny canine on a leash, as the “City’s Leash Laws states.” Will recommend your services because it saved a little dog’s life and some innocent human being from “bodily injury or worse!” P.S.-Gave notice to vacate my present rental home to management and am in the process of purchasing a home. I have OPTIONS and CHOICES, of course...

Jessica was outstanding. Our 8 month old came back so much better behaved. I’m still not as good yet with the collar or as confident with Calcio but I’m working hard at it. I have called Jessica a number or times for help and she has been very responsive and understanding of my issues. She’s always willing to help. To those who may have heard horror stories about using an e-collar let me say when used there is no harm to your pet. My service dog was trained with an e collar when I lived in another state and he is an outstanding service dog. I wholeheartedly recommend Jessica and off leash K9 training of Orlando!!! Chuck G
