Off Leash K9 Training Central Florida

My 10 lb brussels griffon had a two week program. He came back with burn marks all over his neck they were so bad I had to take him to vet get antibiotics and bandaging. They were infected and oozing my dog was traumatized for three days when he came home hiding under bed. The collar was never showed to me and the full strength felt like I was getting electrocuted and left marks on me . My dog was abused and trainers sent me edited video making me believe everything was ok. DO NOT USE This company.

Our 3 year old pit mix, Ivy has never had any form of obedience training and it showed. From jumping on people, barking constantly and pulling on her leash. It was embarrassing to have people over because of her behavior. But after meeting with our trainer Pearl, things have improved leaps and bounds!! She was wonderfully kind, yet very firm with an extremely stubborn dog. You can tell she loves her job and the dogs she works with. Of course like any relationship, having a dog takes a lot of work. But with the things I have learned, training at home is fun and some thing that is done consistently. The difference after just 4 weeks is just amazing and I can't wait to pick up after the holidays for another 4 weeks. OLK9 is an absolute life saver!!

Our 1yr old GSD, Bella, just spent 2 weeks with Charles in Port St Lucie, for the board & train program. I can’t recommend enough! Bella had typical puppy behavior before she left - jumping, pulling on leash (to the point that I couldn’t walk her), stealing food off the table, and her worst trait...nuisance barking! She would become fixated on other dogs or people outside our fence and bark continuously, jump, and bite on the fence until they were gone. She had absolutely no recall when she was in that situation and she could carry on for several minutes until the next distraction arrived. Charles returned a completely different dog to us in terms of behavior (she still has her charming and sweet personality). But now we can enjoy walks together, she has a rock-solid recall when called to ‘come’, she sits in ‘place’ while we’re eating, when the door is opened, or if we just need her to calm down. Last night she stayed there (on her comfy mat) for 25 minutes (in the other room) while we ate dinner! Best of all, no more nuisance barking...at all! Dogs and people pass our yard and smile now! Now that she’s home, the work doesn’t stop. We are taking the solid foundation she just learned and continuing her training daily. You can’t stop once they’re home but it is pretty smooth. Charles spent 2 hours explaining everything we need to know to continue with her commands and using the ecollar and remote properly. It is expensive for this program but well worth the investment! Bella is a valued family member in our household and this was definitely money well-spent!

We had the best experience ever with Off Leash k9 Training! Having read so many great posts about Jonathan in Orlando, we were very hopeful and happy that we were able to secure him as our trainer. Our dog was having significant problems on the leash around other dogs. He wasn’t aggressive but he would go wild, 4 feet off the ground, barking and thrashing around. He would come when called about 1/2 the time and when any workmen, friends, or anyone would come over he’d bark, jump on the person and make life miserable for all of us. Jonathan is a true miracle worker. After the 2 week board and train program I’m not sure we got the right dog back.Omg, he heals by my sons kneecap, he turns, the dog turns. When he’s asked to sit, he stays in the position until he’s released.When a work person is at the door, he’s in a down position and stays there until he’s released. Even dogs walking right up to him, he ignores! I never in my wildest dreams thought that Jonathan could accomplish this new behavior. Our son took him this morning back up to college and is going to have such a different life now that his dog is so thoroughly trained. We will be forever grateful for Jonathan’s experience, attitude, and friendship.
