Jalen provided consistent updates and photos, so we never felt out of the loop. It was clear from the start that Jalen takes the time to understand each dog’s unique personality and needs, and he tailored the training to help Teddy thrive. Teddy came back to us more obedient, relaxed, and with a noticeably improved temperament.
