Off Leash K9 Training Columbia

When we started training our dog was very aggressive towards other dogs. It was embarrassing. Bethany helped us learn a variety of obedience techniques, but what finally worked was a prong collar. They look Medieval, but Bethany took the time to show me how to use the collar and made sure I knew what I was doing. I can now take my dog on walks and she walks at a heel with a slack leash. The other day a dog came charging at us and she barely reacted. This was money well spent.

We were absolutely pleased with the training that Jess provided to Lillie, our 6 month old Newfie Doodle puppy in a 60 pound body. While very sweet and lovable, she was stubborn and frequently uncooperative who loved to dig in the backyard, jump up on visitors, run through the house, and counter-surf. We had trained her in the basics to which she obeyed when she wanted to. Jess took Lillie into her home for two weeks of intense training with amazing results. Jess took Lillie to Lowe’s on several occasions for exposure to the public which we were able to see through videos that were shared with us. We met Jess there on the last day of training at which time we took Lillie off-leash throughout the store with her in complete obedience of each command. All of the behavior issues are gone, and I walk Lillie every morning for a mile completely off-leash and at complete “heel” even when meeting other walkers with their dogs. Can’t say enough about the great skills and compassion that Jess has in her training of dogs. The training has made our life with Lillie so much more enjoyable and worth the expense.
