I had such a fantastic experience with OLT. The entire process was seamless and positive, from my initial phone call to picking up my dog. I opted for the two-week program, and my one-year-old Golden Retriever was paired with Carissa. She truly works miracles! When I picked up my dog, she reviewed everything she had taught Brodie, so I felt well-prepared to build on her foundation. Brodie continues to excel and is much calmer and better behaved-overall. He no longer takes 10 minutes to settle down when he meets a stranger. Walking him was daunting and frustrating as he would pull and try to greet everyone passing by. I love taking him out for exercise and appreciate that he can go off-leash and explore without issues. Carissa’s expertise and care have vastly improved our quality of life.

Just picked up my 6 month old puppy from a two week board and train with Carissa and she did a FANTASTIC job with her! She not only exceeded our expectations as far as the training aspect, she took amazing care of our pup while she was in her care. Our pup is now able to go anywhere we want to take her. We’ve already taken her out to a few places and several people have approached us to compliment her behavior. Cannot recommend Carissa enough!

My husband and I went to pickup our dog. We arrived early and Carissa arrived on time with our bundle of joy. We were super excited to see our dog and she was excited to see us. Carissa said that overall she did great. She stated some noises made her skiddish and to keep her on leash til she got comfortable. Carissa was very professional and knowledgeable. Carissa took her time in going through and explaining all that our dog had learned and she was very willing in showing us what we had to do. Carissa was very good at going through step by step instructions and having us participate in each task. Carissa was very kind and patient asking us quite often if we had questions. You could tell Carissa was invested in our dog’s success. That was great to feel and know. We brought our dog home and we were nervous. Just wanting to do right thing. The next day was our first full day and we had many questions. Carissa answered every question, offering encouragement and if necessary we could meet. What a great feeling!
