Our trainers perform thorough daily video health checks on every dog in our program. We have already gone back and fully reviewed your puppy's daily logs and video footage—including from the day he departed—and we found no signs of raw elbows or worn-down nails.<br>Because we take matters like this so seriously, we want to get to the bottom of this immediately.
