Off Leash K9 Training Delaware

Picked up my one year-old American Cocker Spaniel, Norman, yesterday after his 2 week boot camp! I was very apprehensive about leaving him for 2 weeks with someone I didn’t know, but his trainer, Marquis, was so kind and knowledgeable, I felt better after the initial drop off. Texts & videos came every day and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw how beautifully Norman was doing. His healing was fantastic, his going to “place” perfect. He was “placing” on large buckets, tractors, the bottom shelf at Staples!! All the while Norman looked happy and appeared to enjoy his “work.” Marquis is a very attentive trainer and knows what he’s doing - not just in training dogs but their people too!! My #1 reason for signing up with OLK9Delaware was because of my dog’s extreme reactivity to cars. I have done lots of dog training myself with Norman prior to “boot camp” (he already had his Canine Good Citizen certification & we are a therapy team as well), but I needed help with this problem. Marquis sent videos of cars going by and Norman’s anxiety seemed to have decreased. We will continually train around this type of stimulus but investing in this training program was worth it if it helps save my dog’s life. I would highly recommend OLK9 Delaware to anyone interested in having a better behaved canine companion. We hit the jackpot with Marquis as our trainer. This young man is passionate about dogs and the work he does. I know I will be staying in communication with him as I continually work on my training to have Norman become the best dog he can be. Even though it was hard to be away from him for 2 weeks, I am very grateful and highly satisfied with our overall experience. Thank you, Marquis, for everything!!

Ashley was awesome. We had a some challenges with our 1 year old doodle and another dog in the house. Ashley got her listening to commands and paying attention to us when we gave them. It’s really amazing what she could accomplish in just 2 weeks. She was also very patient in training us on how to continue the process at home. She stayed in constant contact with updates and pictures to let us know how training was going. Dog training can be pricey, but when spreed across a pups life it is worth it. Even after the training, Ashley checked in and was always available. I highly recommend the board and train for anyone considering it.

Marquis is thee educator of canines! He took an over anxious dog, poorly behaved dog and provided her with 2 weeks of love, structure and direction. Our Gracie is now confident and well behaved to many commands as well as walking on a leash like a true lady. We were also provided with daily updates and videos that made the time away from our little girl a lot easier! We could not be happier with the outcome that Marquis provided!
