We worked with Dan with our very protective and not so confident English Shepherd Grigsby. He was so valuable in helping us come to a place where walking her is a joyful experience again. Grigsby listens to our commands and we have a much improved experience when greeting people and other dogs. We were really struggling with how to handle her and now I am comfortable in all situations. Dan was such a pleasure to work with and in our 4 weeks Grigsby picked up all of the lessons quickly and Dan moved us to the next level knowing we were ready. He did a great job making sure I had the tools to do this on my own and was always kind correcting me when I stumbled. Cannot recommend him more, you will not be disappointed with your results.

We had an amazing experience with Dan! He bonded with our 2 year old lab with professionalism and compassion. We received daily videos of the fantastic work that was being completed. Dan is the first trainer who has was able to teach her (and us) how to heel on leash consistently. We highly recommend Off Leash k9 Training Denver!

Gustavo worked with our mixed breed dog Charlie back in June. We did the two week program and the change in Charlie is honestly incredible. Before training with Gustavo, Charlie was a nervous walker, a backyard barker--basically everything you could expect from a year old dog that hadn't had training since puppy classes.
Since working with Gustavo, Charlie is much more confident on walks--we're even comfortable having our kids walk him in the neighborhood, where tons of other dogs tend to be around. His other antisocial behaviors (like barking at people and dogs on the path behind our house, countersurfing, etc.) have also disappeared entirely.
We'd wholeheartedly recommended Off-Leash Colorado, especially Gustavo, to anyone looking to change their dog's behavior, and confidence, for the better.
