Off-Leash K9 Training - Denver

Off-Leash was exactly what we were looking for with our dog! We dropped our 6 month old GSP off with Dan for the 2 week board and train program. As a young dog, he had a ton of energy and was always on the move. While being away from our pup for that long was difficult, Dan would provide us with daily updates on what they were working on and a video as well as answer any questions we had. You could really tell how much he cared for our dog as if he were his own which was very comforting. Upon turnover, we were shocked with our dog's temperament and the skills he had learned. Dan helped my wife and I learn how to continue the practices with our pup going forward and this has given us confidence in taking our dog more places with us. Even after the 2 weeks had ended, Dan has been completely available for additional questions or struggles we may come across. We have recommended this program to friends and coworkers and couldn't be happier with the results!

I did the e-collar 4 class package with my 3yo dog. Trainer Gustavo transformed not just my relationship with my dog MyLo but my entire life. MyLo is now calmer, less anxious, and can relax more easily when we’re out —I can now take her to patios with no problem, she just relaxes. Walking her around the lake used to be a stressful ordeal, worrying about her lunging at other dogs. Now, she interacts calmly with both dogs and people, without jumping or barking. The training has greatly improved our daily lives. While my dog isn’t perfect, Gustavo has given me the tools to better support her, and for that, I’ll always be grateful. Initially, I saw this as an expense, but the off-leash training has proven to be an invaluable investment, significantly enhancing our quality of life.

What a great experience with Off Leash K9 Training Colorado! Our lab, Ozzy, had gotten totally out of control and we no longer liked to take him out in public or invite new people to our home. Two weeks of training made a world of difference. To start, we really appreciated the almost daily contact and updates from our trainer, Gustavo. Within 48 hours we could tell he had already made so much progress. Ozzy was too crazy to walk on a leash and was timid, yet aggressive, with strangers. But Gustavo had Ozzy out in public (at parks, malls, stores, etc) every day, walking on heel and letting strangers walk, run and cycle by without anxiety. At the end of the two weeks we had an amazing final session with Gustavo, where he very clearly explained what they had been working on and what we needed to do to maintain the new level of obedience. Our relationship with our dog is so much better and we love to bring him out and about with us, as he’s an important member of our family. Thank you Off Leash K9 Training and Gustavo!

I want to share how happy I am with the training Dutchess received from Gustavo (Goose) at Off-Leash K9 Training at the Denver location. I didn’t know what to expect when I dropped off our skittish, unsocialized, two-year old dog, who had recently been rehomed with us, but I knew she was in good hands and completely exceeded our expectations with her training. I chose the two week board and train option, and It was incredible to see her progress through the almost daily videos and photos Goose sent. Dutchess will still need consistent work at home, but she is now a much more confident dog who understands how to communicate with us better and how to work through feelings when she is a new and maybe uncomfortable environment (ex. Out in public with loud noises). She is also confident loose leash walking now which will make taking her on walks so much more enjoyable. I think this was a very good investment for Dutchess and our family. Highly recommend!!
