WOW! SO IMPRESSED!!! Our puppy, Bowie (5 months old), attended the 2 week Board & Train program with Rob & his wife. Bowie went from a wild, untamed, non-listening puppy to a VERY obedient, well behaved, awesome dog. My husband and I could not be happier with the service we received. Excellent communication (videos/pics/texts/emails) throughout the entire process, plus a full (2) hour training on the day of pickup. Very thorough and helpful! We are so excited to have this new girl home. She's been doing wonderful! Thank you a million guys! We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication with Bowie! Absolutely recommend!

I had a great experience working with Sharon and Rob. They are very generous with their time and truly love dogs. I am still working with my dog to control her reactivity to other dogs but there's been considerable improvement. Consistency is key and after every hour session, I was more equipped to continue the training at home. Its not an overnight process but its very rewarding to see your dog making incremental improvements. Their 4 private lesson plans are very worth your time and money.

Paige Williams is incredible!! She worked with both of our boys as part of a one week board and train (who were a handful- very reactive to people and dogs and loved to jump). She helped them calm down faster and have much better leash manners! And the jumping is almost completely gone (we’ll keep using the skills we were taught to keep their training fresh!) truly thankful to Paige- we should have done this so much sooner!

Before I start the review it should be noted that I love my dog more than anything in the world. However, I totally understand that he can be a lot to handle. Over the last year I have spent countless hours looking for ways to help him with some of his behavioral issues. Finally, I stumble upon Off Leash K9. I was so excited to read all the amazing reviews and see all of the progress videos. It gave me hope for my boy. His hardheadedness has lead me to tears multiple times and all of a sudden: “Any Breed, Any Age, Any Problem” they said. “Solve your dogs nipping, biting, pulling, jumping problems” they said. Great, Right? I thought so too. I spent the last 3 months trying to schedule an appointment with these folks. I spoke to [who I assume to be] to manager there. And I spoke two different trainers. They were all very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. They made me feel extremely excited to finally get my Bo the attention and care that he truly deserves. Finally after 3 months of going around in circles with my vet to make sure Bo was healthy enough to get into the two week board and train, I got him all scheduled. This was finally going to work out. I woke up at the crack of dawn this morning to get my boy situated and prepared for his training. I was so happy for him. I drove him over and met my trainer who was incredibly helpful. He was very sweet to my dog and he made me feel like he was going to be safe and taken care of. He did say something that was a bit of a red flag when he said it. I asked him how long he was going to be working with my dog each day. To which he replied “about 3-4 hours a day”. But more on that later. I was on the verge of tears leaving the building. This time not from frustration. Instead from pure love and happiness that I got from knowing that my dog was finally going to get to live a happy life. …it took an hour for that excitement and joy to come to a screeching halt. My trainer texted me saying that while he was doing his wellness check my dog tried to bite him and that it was company policy that if he continued to get aggressive that he would need to be sent home. BUT that he wasn’t gonna give up on him. Now sure, I understand that my dog has a biting problem (one of the concerns I told my trainer about) and so I became concerned. But, once again, I figured that they knew what they were doing and that my dog was still just adjusting and getting the lay of the land. That was only the beginning. A few hours later I hear that my dog was getting aggressive around other dogs (another one of my concerns that I told my trainer about) but, once again, I tried to be positive and hold onto hope that they would help my boy. Another few hours passes and he tells me that my dog was getting aggressive again. But this time that I would need to pick him up. So that was it. By this time not even 10 hours had passed of my 2 week board and train and they are already telling me they’ve lost hope for him. So I went back home and the trainer brought him back to me. Here’s the thing: 1. If you advertise that you will stop nipping, biting, pulling, jumping, etc. you should probably be prepared for that kind of stuff to come through the doors. I get that it’s “company policy” if a dog becomes too aggressive that the training should end, but it’s ridiculous to advertise that you will solve those problems and then proceed to end a 2 week board and train after 10 hours because a dog is doing those things. If a trainer isn’t comfortable solving those issues, then the dog should be passed on to a more seasoned trainer that will do what they are being payed to do. 2. If someone is paying for a 2 week board and train (a $3000 service) then they should be made a priority. 3-4 hours a day is ridiculous when you’re paying that kind of money. I also found out that they crate the dogs that they are not working with. Why am I paying to have my dog crated for up to 20 hours a day while trainers go and work with other dogs? I ran out of characters. But I can’t say enough about how disappointed I am. 0/10
